i purchased this dell 3115cn laser printer directly from dell. I had some lighting damage to it and dell did wee to help us. Three dell reps told me that "we do not mend printers. We just replace them." one female dell rep was very rude with me. Talk About Award Winning Service. All i needed was a letter stating the printer was not repairable to my assurance company or something to state they do not mend printers. They were more intrested in me purchasing an additional one dell printer than helping me. Don't buy a dell printer, even if you have insurance, they are not worth it. Buy a Hp printer.
